Antique 18ct Gold & Platinum Rose-Cut Diamond Daisy Cluster Size M1/2

£745.00

A beautifully detailed antique diamond ring featuring a traditional daisy cluster design, crafted in warm 18ct yellow gold with a contrasting platinum diamond setting.

The circular cluster measures approximately 10mm in diameter and comprises nine rose-cut diamonds, arranged in a floral formation. A central diamond, measuring approximately 4mm in diameter, forms the focal point, surrounded by eight diamonds representing the petals of the daisy and a further two diamonds set in the shoulders of the ring.

The rose-cut diamonds display the characteristic faceted, domed crowns associated with this historic cutting style. Unlike modern brilliant cuts, rose cuts typically have flat bases and triangular crown facets, producing a softer, more subdued scintillation, particularly beautiful in warm, directional light. Their individual facet arrangements give the ring the distinctive character associated with antique hand-cut diamonds.

The cluster sits approximately 5mm proud of the finger, giving the ring a pleasing three-dimensional profile without an excessively high setting.
